WWCP OCHP v1.4

This software will allow the communication between World Wide Charging
Protocol (WWCP) entities and entities implementing the
[Open Clearing House Protocol (OCHP)](https://github.com/e-clearing-net/OCHP), which is
defined and used by [SmartLab GmbH](https://www.smartlab-gmbh.de). The
focus of this protocol are the communication aspects of a central
clearing house with additional direct links between communication
partners. For more details on this protocol please visit
