描述： 因为平时总是会出现，文件胡乱存放导致想要寻找某个文件的时候会特别混乱，并且在存放文件的时候也会出现不知道应该放在那个路径合适的情况。所以专门构建该工具。 为了保证其兼容性，采用python 编写整个工具，然后将python脚本打包成一个二进制。
