1. Acceleration of string comparison.

### **Issue**

### **Reason**
When comparing strings, the hash code on IrToc and the equals method in Ets are not used.

### **Description**
When two string objects are compared in Ets, an C++ intrinsic call occurs, while an IrToc implementation (equals) is available.
The IrToc implementation missed the opportunity to compare the hash of these strings first.
