STM32F103、AT32F421，BootLoader升级程序，包含C# golang上位机。
根据配置文件运行固件打包脚本，对MCU的Hex固件可裁剪，同时为MCU固件添加版本信息、Git Commit 分支记录，并按照版本信息命名，可生成 bin 文件
